Transfer your UK domain to Firenet |
|
To transfer an existing UK domain (e.g. yourdomain.co.uk) to Firenet, you will need to do the following.- Complete the domain signup form for a domain transfer
- If you require web/mail service to be running before the transfer, contact Support to confirm all details
- Upload your website, if necessary
- Contact your current provider and request they change the domain Tag to FIRENETINTERNET (must be capital letters with no spaces)

Transfer a .com, .net or .org domain to Firenet |

To transfer your domain to Firenet, you will need to do the following.- Contact your current provider to unlock your domain and obtain the 'Auth Code' for the domain
- Complete the signup form for a domain transfer
- We will then request the transfer. This normally takes 5 working days and can fail if the existing registered contacts fail to confirm the transfer
- If you require web/mail service to be running before the transfer, contact Support to confirm all details
- Upload your website, if necessary
